| Graham Facks-Martin, Chair Graham has over 30 years experience in social housing both with local authorities and housing associations at a national, regional and local level. He has been a Housing Association Board member for over 20 years. Graham is also a member on the Tor Operations and Resources Committees and DCH Group Treasury and Audit Committee.

| John Walker, Vice-Chair John Walker is a Tenant Board member, member of Tor Resources Committee and Member of DCHA Treasury Committee. He is a retired farmer and one time County, District and Town Councillor. John has been a Church of England Reader for fifty years, is a keen gardener and plays in several local string ensembles. John who is a special school governor, lives in Collapark Totnes.

| Bob Hatfield Board member of Devon & Cornwall Housing Trust since 2007 and member of the group nominations committee. Bob moved to the South Hams eight years ago. He spent his working life with Barclays Bank and is now semi-retired. His passion is preserving his built heritage and he has undertaken various renovation projects including working for the Phoenix Trust who repair and find new uses for historic buildings. He was appointed as an independent member of Tor Homes in May 2003. |

| Pauline Seymour Pauline is a tenant board member who also serves on the operations committee and the DCHT resident involvement steering group. Pauline has been a board member since April 1998 and became vice-chair of the board in October 2003. Pauline is a housewife and grandmother living in Kingsbridge. |

| Gareth Bourton Gareth has been a board member since May 2000. He works at a senior management level in a local authority. |

| Cllr Shonaugh Rankin Shonaugh has been a board member of Tor Homes since May 2003. She runs a secretarial business from her home. |

| Cllr Bryan E Carson Bryan has been a member of Tor Homes' board since May 2007. He serves on the operations committee. |

| Cllr Francis J Hawke Councillor Francis Hawke was appointed to the board of Tor Homes in May 2007 and is a member of the operations committee. Francis has over 20 years experience of local government having served several terms as vice-chair of South Hams District Council Housing Committee in the 80s and as lead member on the piper alarm system. He is a keen supporter of social rented housing and creating the opportunity for young people to purchase their own homes in an area where many homes are snapped up as second homes. |

 | Cllr Mike F Saltern Mike has been a member of Tor Homes' Board since May 2007 serving on the resources committee. He is currently executive portfolio holder for housing at South Hams District Council. He is a former chairman of South Hams District Council and town mayor of Ivybridge. He has been a governor of Ivybridge Community College for the past twelve years. Mike retired from a civil service career in 2007 having most recently served as a higher executive officer, at Ilford Park Polish Home in Newton Abbot where he was responsible for the estate and financial management. Mike was awarded the Knight's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland in 2005 by the president of Poland, for services to Polish war veterans who served under British Command. |

 | Robert Simons Rob joined the board of Tor Homes in 2007 as an independent member. He also serves on the resources committee. Rob has a background in banking and finance. He is semi-retired but still works for Charity Bank as an assessor for charitable funding projects in Devon and Cornwall. |

| Sylvia Frampton Sylvia has worked for her parents in their gent’s outfitters shop in Plymouth and Totnes. When they moved to Harberton and bought a village pub, she worked there with them in conjunction; she worked for over 20 years in Devon Care and looked after holiday cottages for the owner and her son. She served for 20+ years on Harberton Parish Council as vice Chair and was on the Planning Sub-Committee. She was also an active member of the Village Hall Committee representing the Drama group and in charge of fund raising for the hall. She is now a N.H.W Co-ordinator for her area, and fund raising for the B.H.F and D.A.A.T. A retired small holder, she now only has 2 dogs. The loves of her life are her grand children, her dogs and music, both singing and playing the piano. In her spare time she enjoys helping with dog training and walking. |
