Looking ahead 2008-2012

Looking ahead 2008-12 is the first time we have brought together all the plans of Devon & Cornwall Housing group, including Tor Homes, Penwith Housing Association and Devon & Cornwall Housing Association.

It sets out how we plan to achieve our vision of better homes, better places, better lives, and it is built around our four aims of:

• providing affordable high quality services and homes
• supporting and developing our staff and managing our resources effectively
• including and involving our customers, partners and other stakeholders
• becoming a more environmentally responsible organisation.
