How do I apply for housing?
We work together with South Hams District Council and other local registered social landlords to make the application process as easy as possible. To apply for housing anywhere in the South Hams, you need to complete the SHDC Application Form and Medical Questionnaire.
To apply directly for housing with Tor Homes it would help us to ensure that the application process runs smoothly if you also complete Tor Homes' own waiting list application form. This form has the medical questionnaire included so you will not need to send us a separate one

If you need help completing the forms, please ask to speak to a member of staff who will be pleased to help you.
Once you have completed the application forms, please post or hand deliver them to the address on the form.
If you wish to be housed in an area outside the South Hams, you will need to contact the appropriate Council, for example, Plymouth City Council, Exeter City Council, Teignbridge Council, Torbay Borough Council.
