To ensure that our properties are kept in good condition Tor Homes carries out a programme of maintenance works which have to be carried out regularly, such as external painting.
We are also undertaking a massive improvement programme to modernise our properties and have already installed UPVC windows and doors and central heating to many of our properties. We are also undertaking a kitchen modernisation programme and a loft and cavity wall insulation programme.
We will always let you know in advance if we plan to undertake any major maintenance work to your home and will offer you as much choice as possible.
